God Is Loving, Merciful and Faithful

God Is Loving, Merciful and Faithful

Our God is so loving, so merciful, so faithful. Even when we become too discouraged to believe, God does not forget what He promised you. The true God can not make a promise to you and not follow through on it. Never, ever!

“Then God remembered Rachel; he listened to her and enabled her to conceive.” (Genesis 30:22, NIV)

How to find inner peace with god

How to find inner peace with god

Do you feel discouraged today? Is your life not what you envisioned or planned it to be? Have you prayed, believed and worked hard, and things did not worked out as planned?

Are You Entering “Never-Land”

Now you’re probably thinking, “I’m never going to be happy again. I’ll never be married. I’ll never accomplish my dreams”, I’ll never get a promotion” ….

Remember today, not only does God remember you, He remembers the promise He placed within you. And God would not place a desire in your heart if He was not going to let the desire come to pass. It takes patience (faith) on your part and in His time will make your dream a reality.

“Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalms 37:4 NKJV

He knows what He’s destined you to do. You may have already said, “Forget it; it’s never going to happen.” The good news is that you don’t have the final say. God has the final say, and He says, “What I started in your life, I’m going to finish.” That dream you gave up on, God didn’t give up on. He remembers you, and He is with you, leading you and guiding you to the place of victory.

I produced a video to the classic song “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Simon and Garfunkel. It reminds me of how God is in the midst of your life and how deep His love is for us. The songs always lifts my spirits-Enjoy and experience the love and presence of God in your life!

God Will Provide All Your Needs

God Will Provide

So how does one qualify for the incredible promises that God has made for us? Are you questioning whether God will provide for you or if God will protect you? Is it only for the select few that God chooses? Is it God’s choice at all? Or is the invitation open to any and all. And if it is, how does one qualify for it?

Background

In the old testament, the book of Psalms was written by King David, the second King of Israel. His back story is amazing but I won’t get into that now. Let it suffice to say that He did some really awful things when He was king, but all the time retained a close relationship with God, so that at the end of his life, God refers to David as “A man after God’s Heart”

The following is something David wrote that literally tells us unequivocally how to walk through life under God’s protective hand, (also referred to as dwelling under the shadow of the Almighty) so that no harm will befall you, and you will go through life with God’s blessings overtaking you where ever you go.

The 91st Psalms is short but incredibly significant, and is basically in two parts.

1. He describes the nature of the protection, then he tells you how anyone can qualify for it by taking some very simple steps. The first part of the 91st Psalms says this:

God Will Provide Scripture

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand]. (Psalms 91:1 Amplified Bible)

I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust! For it is He who delivers you from the snare the trapper, (Satan) and from the deadly pestilence. (Psalms 91:2,3 New American Standard)

He covers you with his feathers, and you find shelter underneath his wings. (Psalms 91:4 Jerusalem Bible) You shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow [the evil plots and slanders of the wicked] that flies by day…(Psalms 91:5 Amplified)… nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. (Psalms 91:6 New International Version)

A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not approach you…you yourself will remain unscathed…it shall not come near you…(Psalms 91:7 New American Standard-Jerusalem Bible-Amplified Bible) … you will only observe with your eyes… only a spectator shall you be [yourself inaccessible in the secret place of the Most High] as you witness the reward of the wicked. (Psalms 91:8 New International Version-Amplified Bible)

No evil will befall you… (Psalms 91:10 New American Standard) No disaster can overtake you, no plague, come near your tent: he will put you in his angels’ charge to guard you wherever you go. (Psalms 91:11 Jerusalem Bible)
