What is the Presence Of God? – 3 Ways The Presence Of God Exists In Your Life

God wants to have a relationship with you but will not interfere in your life unless you actively seek Him. The bible says,  “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you” James 4:8 KJV.  In order to experience the presence of God, you will need to make Him part of your In the presence of Godeveryday life. You will have to initiate the relationship. God gives you free will to do so, so it’s up to you to take the first step to get close to Him.

3 Ways God Is Present In Your Life

1. God Is Everywhere (He is Omni-Present) “The eyes of the LORD are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good”. Proverbs 15:13 NIV

2. God Lives or Dwells In You

Even though God dwells in you, you need to “activate” God’s presence when you invite Him into your life and make Him part of your life, daily. Feed on the God’s word and receive His blessings.

“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” 1 Corinthians 3:16

“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” John 15:14 NKJV

3. Manifest Presence Of God – You know that inner feeling you get when something makes you happy or fulfills you. That’s the presence of God. Perhaps it’s a song your heard that brought back really fond memories, a smile on your kids face, or a special time your spent with your spouse, the presence of God (Holy Spirit) comes and goes and is only temporary. But remember, God dwells in you and will never leave you.
